Your ability to express yourself boils down to these 3 things...
I've been reflecting on what helps and hinders our online visibility for many years now. I've been reflecting on my own experience and have taken innumerable notes on what my clients have shared with me.
And I've come to the conclusion that your ability to express yourself so you can do your soul work boils down to these three guideposts:
Intuition - Energy - Time
INTUITION
When you trust your intuition and act on what it wants, you're acting on behalf of your true self. While it may not always be easy, acting on behalf of your true self will always bring ease.
Your intuition speaks to you through sensations (clairsentience), thoughts (claircognizance), sounds (clairaudience), and visuals (clairvoyance). Learn to discern between your ego (intellect) and your intuition, and watch your ability to express your true self improve.
ENERGY
If you're constantly feeling overwhelmed or depleted, this means you're out of alignment with your natural energetic rhythm. Your energy is an incredible source of information.
To get your energy back into balance, ask yourself (ie: your intuition) what self-imposed expectations are you ready to let go of? You'll likely discover you don't need to do everything you think you need to be doing.
TIME
The expectations you put on yourself may often show up next to beliefs that you need to accomplish certain goals by a specific deadline. This often results in a timeline that feels overwhelming (ie: with no flow or fun).
You feel the push of time because you believe you can control it. There's an alternative to this toxic view of time. When you honor the cycles of time (daily, weekly, seasonally), you honor your energy, and as a result, you're better equipped to express your true self and share your important soul work.
You don't need to be a slave to the algorithm or societal and personal expectations.
All you need is to honor your natural rhythm, trust your inner voice, and lean on the support of people who value your true self and the important work you’re here to do.
