The Lion’s Gate 8.8 Portal, Ancient Egypt, Mercury Message, Leo New Moon
On August 8 —the 8th day of the 8th month— a cosmic energetic portal opens.
Flip these eights on their side and they become two infinity symbols. Naturally, this makes 8 a symbol of prosperity and abundance.
In addition to this symbology, here are some other important cosmic alignments that will happen on this magical day (8.8.2021):
The new moon and the sun will be in the Leo constellation.
The auspicious star Sirius makes its first appearance of the year in the mid-northern latitudes in Leo.
Mercury will also be in Leo.
In a nutshell, the energy on this day will be off the hook!
But here's why this day is special for me, and I hope, for you too.
The DNA Activation energy work that I practice comes from Isis lineage, and *Isis was the companion of the Egyptian God, Thoth. This energy healing modality is rooted in ancient Egypt.
And this is where the magic of this particular date deepens.
According to Egyptian mythology, Isis becomes the star Sirius when she's in her celestial form (in this form she’s known as, Sopdet).
And on *8.8. 2021, Sirius, the brightest star in the sky, makes its first appearance of the year in the mid-northern latitudes, which includes Egypt.

Some say this star aligns perfectly with the pyramid of Giza, and that this isn't a coincidence. During ancient times, and still today, it was believed that Sirius carried powerful wisdom.
What I find extra fascinating about this particular date is that the planet Mercury will ALSO be in Leo right next to the Moon (also a representation of Thoth) AND the Sun (a representation of Isis). The power of this alignment is palpable!
This is where the meaning of this planet gets deeper. To the Romans, Mercury was their version of Thoth
And remember, Thoth was Isis’s companion.
