While this journey is far from being a linear process, your Lightworker Activation journey begins with me performing the energy work (Step 1) needed to ignite and activate your intuition and ends two weeks later with the completion of 1:1 mentoring and spiritual guidance (Step 4).
The steps in between (Steps 2 and 3) will begin when we start working together —often on the day you commit to beginning the journey— but you’ll experience these for the rest of your life… unless, of course, you become enlightened. 😉
step 1: ACTIVATION OF INTUITION

channelled insight from your higher self and spirit guides, as well as clarity into the Gene Keys that need to be contemplated for your spiritual awakening and expansion.

step 2: HEALING OF MIND, BODY, & SPIRIT
Now that the energy work has been performed, and the activation has been completed, the healing process can begin. Energy healing will look different for everyone and depends on the choices you make.
While healing will happen no matter what, if you resist the healing path that unfolds, it’ll be much harder to receive the gifts that opened to you during the Activation part of the Intuition Ignition journey.
Now that you’ve received this healing treatment, your soul has the opportunity to expand. To do that, it’ll want to let go of everything that holds it back from expressing itself.
This is how I explain this process of letting go to my clients:
The Activation is similar to cleaning a dusty surface. As we begin to clean the surface, dust particles get stirred up in the air. Before the Activation, your soul was covered in dust because it had been inactive for so long. Everything that your soul needs to let go of are those dust particles. The Activation stirs up habits, wounds, or shadows. Just as time and stillness help dust particles disperse, so does facing your habits, wounds, and shadows.
If you want the most out of the Lightworker Activation healing journey, you need to face the habits, wounds, or shadows that show up. This is why Step 4, Mentoring & Spiritual Guidance, is an important part of the Lightworker Activation journey. As your old patterns and beliefs begin to fall away, your intuition (ie: your soul’s voice) has the opportunity to awaken and expand.
step 3: AWAKENING & EXPANSION OF SOUL
Awakening and expansion happen over a lifetime. The Activation has initiated your soul’s expansion. As you continue to align your life with your soul’s path and purpose, your body will develop the capacity for your soul’s expansion.
During our two weeks together, you may experience a subtle or not-so-subtle energetic awakening. For example, during our two weeks together, some clients reported feeling moments of high physical and intuitive energy.
Janis Doherty (see below) reported being able to do way more physical activities than before. Leilani Manūlu (see below) described her intuition as being so activated that she had a hard time sleeping. After these spikes in energy, they had days when they felt more tired or quiet than usual. Over time, this fluctuation levelled out.
Other clients have reported the energy shift was more gradual and less intense. This doesn’t mean the awakening and expansion are any less powerful. These subtle shifts had a significant impact on their daily life. Small changes add up over time.
No matter what your experience might be when we receive energy work, we can expect a period of integration afterwards. This is why Step 4: Mentoring & Spiritual Guidance is an essential part of my offering.
step 4: MENTORING & SPIRITUAL GUIDANCE
The most transformational part of my Lightworker Activation offering is that you don’t go through the journey alone.
This is a transformational healing service with supported integration and transformation at its core. The 2 weeks of audio/text messaging with me are meant to help you understand what you’re experiencing.
For some of you, this may look like helping you know you aren’t losing it. 😉 When your intuitive gifts start opening up, it can sometimes feel overwhelming. I’ll guide you in developing energetic hygiene so you remain grounded and become a clear channel for divine insight.
And then for others, it may feel like nothing is happening, when in fact, the opposite is true. I’m here to help you discern your intuition from your thoughts and to help you see, feel, hear, and know the subtle yet powerful shifts that you’re experiencing.

I don’t need to be with you when I facilitate Step 1: Activation of the Lightworker Activation healing journey. Because this is energy work, and everything is energy, the experience would be the same whether or not we’re face-to-face. I’ve chosen to offer this service without having to meet my clients because I’ve learned that this is the best way I work.
That being said, you and I will discuss the day that you feel will be best for me to start the energy work. I’ll let you know when I begin and when I end the energy work via voice or text message.

To provide this service, I rely on a variety of modalities and skills. This is what makes this Intuition Ignition such a robust and transformative experience.
To facilitate the Lightworker Activation process, I rely on the intuitive senses I’ve cultivated over the years. My main senses are claircognizance (intuitive knowing), clairvoyance (“seeing” with your mind’s eye), and clairsentience (the ability to sense information through the body and emotions).
With these clair senses, I receive channelled messages from your spirit guides and information from your Akashic Records (to learn more about the Akashic Records, see this link).
Through these senses, I’m also able to facilitate the alignment of your chakras, which is something I learned through Reiki training.

Since spiritual transformation is quite subtle, it's easy to dismiss. This kind of transformation isn't something we can force. In fact, the transformation works best if we can allow it to unfold at its own pace. For those of us who are used to taking action, this can feel incredibly uncomfortable.
One approach I've learned that works well is to give clients a tool to track their progress. For example, if you come to do this healing work with a desire to use your intuition more, you can monitor this shift by using a scale. On a scale from 1 to 10 (10 = connected to your intuition and 1 = not sensing anything through your intuition), how do you relate to your intuition at the beginning of the activation?
Then we can explore this through our daily audio/text discussions. When the time is right (you have daily access to me for 2 weeks) we can check in to see if there's been a shift on the scale.
Most people sign up for the Lightworker Activation because they feel stuck when it comes to their purpose and they need support in their awakening process. No matter what your reason is, it's important for you to tell me, so I can help you reflect. As your mentor through the journey, I have a keen sense of what subtleties you can pay attention to.
